Food Bank Drive Nov 26,2022

Food Bank Drive at Sobeys supermarket with Steve, Harold, Paul, Peter, Barry and regional counsellor Dennis Keenan. Hi Regional Councilor Dennis, thank you so much for coming out to Sobey's on Saturday and donating $!00 of food for the Huttonville Lions Club food drive. We raised $224.45 and collected 50 bags of food from generous people shopping at Sobey 's. The money and food collected was delivered to Ste. Louise Food Bank on Haggert St in Brampton. Catherine Rivera who runs the food bank was very appreciative of receiving the funds and food collected. The Huttonville Lions Club also donated $3000 to Ste Louise Food Bank from funds raised through volunteering at Brampton Delta Bingo. Such a great time at Sobey's on Saturday in meeting all those wonderful people who want to help others less fortunate at this time of year.
